Wild as a mink but sweet as soda pop, DIVINE is known for combining her experience in performing arts with a love of philanthropy, spectacle, and loads of tongue-in-cheek (and other places) humor. Having a humble upbringing in the mountains of western NC, she has never met a stranger (well once but that's a long story) and encourages people to live their most authentic lives. DIVINE proudly represents thicker queens, bearded queens, and the rarest variety of queens-- the smiley and kind ones (tell ya mamma she says hi!). Referred to as "drag meemaw" by some, DIVINE has entertained crowds since 1993 and proudly boasts still being alive. Barely.
